Renato Melo
Born in the beautiful town of Aracaju in Sergipe Brazil, Renato soon realised thatphotography will be part of his life. In his early years, Renato had a big influence from his Grand uncle of Hugo Ferreira, awarded and recognised as a great photographer in Brazil.
Renato took his first picture from his father in Boa Viagem beach. This was in the early 80's and don't stoped since them. In the age of 12, he convince his father to offer him a 35mm Kodak camera and only with his 19 years old, Renato bought his first reflex equipment, one old Vivitar 35mm.
In 1992, Renato deicide to do a photography and video course at SENAC with the photographer Roberto Fernandes and the videomaker Andre de Brito e Almeida and since them has worked as a professional photographer covering theather presentations, ballet, gigs and also weddings,  birthdays and special events. However, he has a excellent portfolio of architectural photography, landscape and nature.
In the middle of 90's, following IT tendencies around the world, Renato starts to learn and specialize in desktop solutions. In his IT background, Renato works as a IT instructor, pagemaker editor in a small newspapper and as a administrative for Interprint Brazil in his home town.
In the beginning of the new millenium, Renato moved to Parede, a lovely town near Cascais, Portugal were he works at Pestana Palace in Lisbon, like gardener for Julio Lopez Gardening, and in the year of 2002 he starts to work for Miss Ana Mangericão, owner of EDAM - Escola de Dança Ana Mangericão , working as an administrative executing different office tasks, including as a Personal Assistant of Miss Mangericão and as a photographer as well, covering the ballet school presentations in places like Mirita Casimiro Municipal Theatre in Oeiras, Cultural Centre of Cascais, Gil Vicente Theatre, Palmela Park, Estoril Casino and many other in Cascais, Comercio Square, Expo 98' and other public spaces in Lisbon area and also in Sintra and also web designing the school web site.
In 2004, Renato was invited to accept a new challenge and starts to work for Mr Rui Barbosa, owner of Rodivam. Because of it, Renato discover a new passion:  Homeopathy and Naturopathy. This challenge put Renato in one new direction and he starting his studies in homeopathy.
In 2007, he deicide to move to another country and choose Auckland in New Zealand as his next destination and before depart to, he visits a good friend of him in St.Albans, UK. Was love in the first sight. Renato has fallen in love for that lovely town but even so, he moved to Auckland and there he deicide to create a web site to sell and buy vintage products in New Zealand. Despite the amazing experience, and due personal reasons, Renato travelled back to St. Albans where he still living until present day.
2010 he took his mastering in CIW Web and e-commerce design and adopted the vintage concept, creating Vintage Section to sell and buy vintage items like customer jewellery, accessories, clothing, shoes, bags, collectibles, memorabilia and much more inserted in the Vintage concept and also to offer a good collection of items to produce vintage portraits.
